The National Assessment Agency (NAA) has developed a bank of onscreen assessment tasks designed to be used flexibly by teachers to contribute to assessment for learning in information and communication technology (ICT) at any time during key stage 3 (KS3).

Assessment for learning is an important part of helping pupils to make progress. The KS3 ICT tasks are designed to help improve pupils’ knowledge, skills and understanding by giving instant feedback that teachers can use to develop and target learning objectives more accurately.
