Training needs analysis for exams officers in Diploma consortia
The NAA has created an exams office training needs analysis tool that covers four areas important to successful Diploma administration. These are IT skills, understanding the Diploma, understanding consortium working and using the Diploma aggregation service. The tool generates a report which summarises the user's skills in each section and makes recommendations for what level of training could be beneficial. The report could be used to form the basis of discussion with a line manager or NAA Centre Support Officer. Go to the training needs analysis tool
