Reminder for schools to complete online attendance registers and the 'Headteacher's declaration form'
Please ensure your schools that administered key stage 2 tests last week complete their online attendance registers and 'Headteacher's declaration form' by this Friday 23 May 2008.
Schools that administered key stage 3 tests in the previous week should have completed their online attendance registers and 'Headteacher's declaration form' last Friday 16 May 2008.
If schools have not yet had their scripts collected, please advise them to still submit their 'Headteacher's declaration form' by the due date.
For guidance please refer to the Attendance register and headteacher declaration form user guide under 'Help' in the 'Test orders' section of the NAA website at naa.org.uk/tests.
Script collections for key stage 2 schools on half term
For key stage 2 schools that have not yet had their scripts collected, please advise them to contact the test operations agency helpdesk on 0870 1614530 immediately to arrange collection of their scripts before they break for half term.
If schools have any questions or would like further information please ask them to contact the test operations agency helpdesk on 0870 1614530 or email schools@testoperations.org.uk.
Additional support for schools and LAs
For those schools and local authorities (LAs) that may have experienced difficulties obtaining assistance with their User ID and PIN from the test operations agency helpdesk, they can now call the national curriculum tests helpline on 08700 60 60 40 for additional support.
This is an interim arrangement to ensure schools and LAs that need help with logging in to the Test orders website are able to receive assistance promptly.
