The test operations agency helpdesk (0870 1614530) is currently experiencing a high number of calls. As a result, some callers cannot get through.

Please find further information below which may answer your query:

• If your call is about packing test scripts and stationery items, please read the additional guidance provided for key stage 3 and key stage 2 schools.

• If your call is about online attendance registers, and your school requires general information about completing attendance registers, please refer to the Online attendance register and headteacher's declaration form user guide available in the Help section of the Test orders website. Please note that there is no 'submit' button, to complete the attendance register, make the required amends and click the save button.

As of Wednesday 14 May, the opening hours for the test operations agency helpdesk have been extended from 7.00am until 8.00pm. This will be effective until further notice.
