Welcome to the new-look NAA website
The NAA website has been given a new look and the content is now more clearly labelled. We have created four new overarching sections that appear as boxes on the homepage and in the header at the top of every page.
Assessments
This section contains information for headteachers and administrators in schools involved in delivering national curriculum assessments. The first link in this box, 'National Curriculum Assessments', goes to the same information that was on the 'National Curriculum Tests' page, in the same layout. Information about single level tests and key stage 3 ICT tests also appears in the section.
Exams
This section includes information for exams officers, managers and leaders in schools, colleges and other exam centres. The 'Exams office support' area is now called 'Exams administration'. The 'Senior leadership team' section is now called 'Exams management'. News items that were previously on the 'Exams office support' page will now appear on the main 'Exams' page.
Local authorities
This section contains information for local authority advisors, coordinators and other individuals in local authorities supporting schools and colleges with assessments and exams. At the moment this content is focused mainly on national curriculum assessments, but we will be adding new content related to general qualifications exams and reforms in the future.
Examiners and markers
This section contains information for examiners and markers as well as links to the websites where you can apply to become a GCE or GCSE examiner or a national curriculum test marker.
