The NAA uses emails extensively to communicate with exams office staff and senior leaders in schools and colleges. We are currently conducting an email survey with subscribers to our XO and SLT email newsletters to research attitudes and responses to our current email communications. The survey is being conducted on behalf of NAA by Jigsaw research, an independent market research agency.
