As the first element in an ongoing programme of support, the NAA has produced Making a big difference: The exams office guide to the 14-19 reforms. The 38-page guide provides everyone involved in the exam cycle with an understanding of the reforms.

Delegates at the NAA's Making a big difference conferences will receive a copy in their delegate packs. Additional copies can be ordered from the QCA orderline or requested from your centre support officer.
