Support from the NAA
The NAA will provide information, training and support in administering the 14-19 reforms to all exams officers.
Key support:
- Specific training events, for example in using the Diploma aggregation service, in 2008.
- Workshops to help smaller groups of exams officers plan for Diploma administration.
- Drop-in centres around England where good examples of exams office practice can be observed in schools and colleges in 2008.
- The XO newsletter, which will update exams officers on the latest developments.
- Monthly email updates on new developments and information on support available from the NAA.
- The NAA website will contain the latest news plus tools and resources.
- Your local centre support officer, who will provide targeted local knowledge and practical guidance.
