The NAA will provide information, training and support in administering the 14-19 reforms to all exams officers.

Key support:

• Specific training events, for example in using the Diploma aggregation service, in 2008.
• Workshops to help smaller groups of exams officers plan for Diploma administration.
• Drop-in centres around England where good examples of exams office practice can be observed in schools and colleges in 2008.
• The XO newsletter, which will update exams officers on the latest developments.
• Monthly email updates on new developments and information on support available from the NAA.
• The NAA website will contain the latest news plus tools and resources.
• Your local centre support officer, who will provide targeted local knowledge and practical guidance.
