The UK Register of Learning Providers (UKRLP)
The UKRLP is a database of learning providers such as schools and colleges. Each institution on the database has its own UK provider reference number (UKPRN).
Key fact:
- The UKRPN will accurately identify schools, colleges or other institutions to awarding bodies and other organisations.
What is happening and when
Over time, entries and other transactions between centres and awarding bodies could come to be usually made using the centre's UKPRN rather than the current national centre numbers (UCNs).
