The key dates calendar is a searchable database of all general qualifications key dates from AQA, CCEA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC and JCQ. It can save you time and effort by having all general qualifications key dates available on one website.

Getting started

Visit the key dates calendar

• Register your details. Logging in is quick and secure and your settings and preferences will be remembered next time you visit the site.
• Search for key dates by awarding body, date, exam series or qualification type.
• Print or download your timetable to customise the format in Excel.

The tool includes two main types of key dates: deadlines for exams officers to submit information to the awarding bodies, and dates when information will be released by the awarding bodies.

You can also:

• search by keyword
• add personal date items to remind you of other upcoming events or deadlines
• register for email alerts that are sent when any awarding body dates are added or changed.

This tool has been created by the NAA and awarding bodies in partnership to help reduce the administrative burden on schools and colleges administering general qualifications exams.
