This circular was sent to key stage 2 schools in March 2006. It provides information about electronic submission of teacher assessment and a reminder for schools to activate their Test Forms account.

The circular contains information about confirmation of test orders, ordering of modified versions of the tests, distribution of test materials, test results in electronic format and electronic submission of teacher assessment. The following materials are included with the circular:
