Recruitment campaign wins top award

The recent joint-NAA and awarding body examiner recruitment campaign has been commended for excellence with a top award from the British Association of Communicators in Business.

The prize was awarded in recognition of the campaign's "compelling use of peer-group testimony" and subtle approach to promoting the benefits of examining and marking.

The judges were particularly impressed with the way the campaign kept the focus on students:

"A humanising strand within the narrative reminds the audience at every turn that examining is fundamentally about students, their work and aspirations and not merely the papers they submit."

The award was presented at a ceremony on 4 November at the Savoy Hotel, London.
