The NAA is leading a programme of modernisation for public examinations. Alongside schools, colleges and awarding bodies we are making improvements to:

• improve the security and reliability of the script carriage process from centre to examiner (find out more - exams officers - examiners)
• reduce the administrative burden on schools and colleges by working with awarding bodies to streamline processes
• support exams officers through sharing good practice, training, capital equipment funding and one-to-one support from our field support team - read more
• develop examining and assessment by improving recruitment and retention strategies, supporting the development of a new Institute for Educational Assessors and by working to improve quality of marking - read more.
