The NAA supports the management of the examinations system by working with the awarding bodies to develop and deliver exams to schools and colleges.

This includes managing risk in the examinations system, monitoring the timely delivery of exam results and working with the awarding bodies to identify risks and discuss practical solutions.

The NAA's exams management team has also established a number of user panels including exams officers, headteachers, college principals and heads of department, which contribute to thinking and provide critical comment on emerging ideas and plans.
